6.1 Participants Ages 13–17
Certain BrightLife Programs may permit participation by minors between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17).
A parent or legal guardian must enroll the minor and authorize participation.

BrightLife may request separate written permission or a media/testimonial release before using identifiable participant material for external promotional purposes.
Separate parent or guardian authorization may be required when a minor is involved.
